Matt and his brother Mike grew up in this industry and bring decades of expertise to the table.

During our initial walk-through, Matt patiently listened to my ideas, provided honest feedback on feasibility, and suggested thoughtful design improvements. Once we signed the contract, the team immediately got to work. JM Froehler’s reputation for integrity and fairness was evident in the relationships they have with industry partners and their extensive network of highly skilled and reliable subcontractors. They were highly recommended to us and we followed up with our own research and vetting of other local builders.  Froehler consistently impressed us.  From the initial contact Matt and Mike Froehler were personable, knowledgable, patient, and informative about the planning of our large addition.  Every trade associated with our build (plan drawings, site prep, foundation, framing, siding, roofing, plumping, electrical, HVAC, drywall, trim, painting, cabinetry, flooring, bathroom doors, etc) was professional, meticulous, courteous, clean, and a pleasure to have in our home.  Froehler has the best! Our original home in Alanton is almost 50 years old and presented challenges in matching up the old with the new but Froehler was able to beautifully construct the addition so that it looks as if it was always there.  A special shout out goes to JR, our foreman and fixer who was consistently a very responsive, resourceful, and creative problem solver, plus a great guy to have watching over our home!  We lived in the house during the build and also had to be gone for several weeks.  JR handled everything so that our family got through this build with the minimum of stress.  Our new addition is beautiful and built with integrity and quality materials.  I know we will enjoy it for many years and we are very proud grateful to say JM Froehler Construction was our builder!
